what does ur diet look like the night after drinking?
as probably most of u no, i got facked last night, and had an awesome time....sucky thing is...i have no appetite....why is this?
what do ur meals look like the day after a night of drinking?....
i got up at 1130 today and ive had one meal so far....
and saturdays are my off days in the gym so it works out kinda nicely since im dead tired right now...

I have generally the same problem, I substitue the meals in the morning with protein shakes then I am usually good to go with my regular meals mid to late afternoon.

I just drink a shat load of water before bed and make sure I dont fall asleep still hammered and I never have a problem the next morning. If you do have a problem the next morning try drinking a a liter or two of water before you put any food in you, this will help get the body 'kickstarted', dont just force food down.

i drank last night. got about 5 hours sleep which is ****ty for me, and had 3 eggwhites with tomato and cheese on a bagel, waffle, and oatmeal. i dont know why i had so much energy this morning and a pretty decent appetite.

$hitty diet and $hitty training follow a night of getting drunk... thats why I try to keep it to a minimum.

i drank last night at my first meal wasn't till noon. then it was pizza, chips and a soda. i'm only able to get protein shakes down in the morning after. we'll see how the hangover effects the workout.
