    Dogg Crapp Training: Do you?

Who works out Dante's style? I'm just starting up and I like it a lot.

There's so much info on this. Search for "Dogg Crap" and "Dante". You will come up with a lot of posts.

The basic principles is to hit every muscle every four days using a 1 on 1 off split. You basicly do chest/shoulders/tris/back width/back thickness on day 1 and on day three you do bis/forearms/calves/hamstrings/quads. You hit each muscle with only ONE exercise with as much warm up sets as you want to prepare you for your ONE workout set where you go balls out with a spotter. You have 3 different exercises for each muscle (One you'll do on day 1, one you'll do on day 5, and one you'll do on day 9). The point is to beat the previous weight or number of reps you did the last time you did the exercise.

He sais he makes monsters with this training

    Good luck.

I've tried it and liked it. The strength gains are phenomenal on it if you've never taken such an approach to training though.
