    Cool I Love CEREAL!!

    Ok, sometimes I don't feel like cooking anything, so I just grab me a bowl of cereal. Its just so good and quick. Hard to beat.

    I'm eating Raisn Bran rightn now...I used to hate rasins...but now....they're not that bad. GOod stuff.

    Raisin Bran is my favorite as well. I am parial to Post Raisin Bran....not quite sure why though.

    Hmm I dont eat much cereal.. I would rather have something with protein or low glycemic carbs right now.... I hate this diet

    I like Kashi Go Lean mixed with Uncle Sams. Makes for 21 grams of protein and 24 grams of fiber...taste great with dried fruit mixed in...plus the 7 grams of soy protein from the soy milk

    Lol do you not remember that thread.. It was in the morning, needed extra protein inmy breakfast, had extra tuna from the day before, figured meh lol can't be that bad

    I just went and got Taco Bell for myself and my wife. She is recovering from surgery, so I see this as an excuse to eat. Tonight it's Jack in the Box. Cheat day is gonna be fun!

    I eat cereal as my high GI carbs post-workout. Gives me an excuse, and I pour my whey shake right over it. Favorite meal of the day, unless I have peanut butter and banana sandwiches for breakfast.

    yeah well it was late and i didnt really feel like EATING.. so i figued drinking it would be better... but in the end it was so thick .. i had to eat it like stew

    No one mentioned Cocoa Krispies cereal???
    That is hands down the best, plus you get to drink the chocolate milk when you are done...

    What is really sweet is mixin the cocoa krispies with that Reese's Cereal.... PB and chocolate... HMMMMMMMM
