Which celebs take 'enhancing' products?

Hi all

I always wondered which celebs took stuff to enhance their physique for films.

I reckon..

Brad Pitt in Troy
Edward Norton in American History X
Christian Bale in American Psycho (great film!)

I'm only guessing but what do you guys think?

Uhhh, I think a personal trainer and a good diet.

None of them look anything remotely astonishing.

Not to me anyhow, but I'm used to advanced physiques being that my career is fitness/nutrition.

It ain't hard to be 170 lbs. sopping wet. I always said if you weigh a buck sixty or so, you better have abs!

imagine how easy it would be to diet right if some awsome chef cooked good healthy food for you all the time?... no need for junk/fast food.. im pretty sure the changes would be emaculant.

Sooo true.. Thats why I need to get married.. Perferably to an Italian chef/model/ massage therapist/ sex godess.. I don't ask for to much do I ?? :unsure:

well i hate to break it to you but if you marry...
Italian chef/model/ massage therapist/ sex godess..
she will be hairy,get fat because she only cooks for her self and always be too tired to give you a massage so she will instead ask you to rub her head and stop putting out because she doesnt feel you appreciate her and everything she (doesnt) does for you.
i mean thats just how marriage works.. trust me i was there man :(

If shes a model shes going to keep her self hairless and without rolls :wg:

a lot do take enhancement products,,,, but a lot have their own personal chefs, workout programs w/ trainers, have all day everyday to work on their diets & exercise program... PLUS cameras, makeup, lighting in movies do remarkable things....

Actually as of now I'm on nothing but the occassional drink and a very sound diet. I was forced to fore-go any type of "super" assistance when I had my 2nd surgery on my right knee in December, just a few months back. Dr.'s and I discussed what needs to happen internally to heal properly, and that means letting the body do what it needs to naturally. At 260 and strong as ever, doesn't look like I'll need to use anything actually. :)

That's what happens when you lift for 8 years NATURALLY first and build a solidified base. You keep it! I don't anticipate ever having to use any gear unless I do a show and you are better served to not even stand on stage next to the others unless you are doing to "play their game". For my business and photoshoots for my site, I'm extremely pleased w/posing natural, as like I said I have a natural base that isn't going anywhere.
