    weak... i woulda got 3 nugget thingys and 2 large frosties to w/ my 2 double bacon cheeseburgers then i woulda cried because i just offest 2 weeks worth of hard work

    hahahaha...if i cheat large it feels like i just wasted the whole week...i cant seem to get that outta my head that its a good kick for me.....good switch up ya no

    uhhh what a shitty cheat day.... ate a piece of chocolate cake, and had a couple vodka and OJ's uh oh lol... wheres swole to make me feel better

    I had been gorging on 5k cal plus cheat meals for the past 5 wks until I learned the secret to keeping me from binging: Drink water- Lots of it... So Saturday, I drank my gallon of water and only had 2 double cheeseburgers, 2 PBJ's, and 6 krispy kremes... go figure. Gallon of water saved me a good 3000 calories!

    actually, I planned out my cheat using calorieking and fitday beforehand. According to calorieking, 1 original glazed is around 220 calories, so 6 isn't that bad. (although they were gone within 5 mins, and dayumnnn those things bloat you up...) My calorie total for the day came up to 4400, which is a far cry from the 8000 calorie cheat days i put down when i was at school...

    on the way to Mickey D's I stopped at Taco Bell and got me 2 soft tacos so i had a snack on the drive thru line at McD's. Ordered #1 Supersized w/ ten peice chicken nuggets, vanilla/choc shake mix. Ohh my god was it so good. Until i finished and felt like sh1t!!
