    2 questions

    Hi guys,

    Can anyone answer them?

    1) High volume training increase the number and size of:

    ATP
    Mitochondria
    Glucose
    insulin


    2) Sugar causes a rise in blood -------:

    alcohol
    hormones
    enzymes
    insulin

    i thought mitochondria was some kind of disease in ur body.

    it is mitocondria. The more mitocondria then the more atp you can have but the answer would be mitocondria

    the second ? is worded funny. "Sugar causes a rise in blood -------:"

    sugar cause a relase the release of insulin from the pancrease the lower those levels back tonormal.

    but I would never had thought to word it "blood insulin"

    just doesnt sound right to me

    Mitochondria are the cells' power sources. They are distinct organelles with two membranes. Usually they are rod-shaped, however they can be round. The outer membrane limits the organelle. The inner membrane is thrown into folds or shelves that project inward. These are called "cristae mitochondriales".
