I dont know how you guys eat that much when you cheat.. I am dieting and I only have about 1 cheat meal per week, maybe 2 tops--and it is usually just more calories than I normally eat, but nothing too bad..ex--I had a cheat meal friday..2 chicken burritots on whole wheat, with 8 egg whites, salsa and a little cheese..then I had some ice-cream.. :-)
I cant imagine a whole cheat day.. Seems like it would flush a weeks worth of clean eating and cardio down the drain.. Oh well..maybe I just have really bad genetics.. lol
