ok I need to come clean....
after getting A large McChicken sandwich meal + 2 double cheeseburgers + 10 nuggets i got a diet pepsi....
I know I know, but i couldn't shake the fact of all those sugars!!!
(ps yeh yeh i know theres shit loads in the food BUT ITS LIKE AN EXTRA 70g simple carbs!!)

I always drink diet soda on cheat days too.
I just can't see drinking that much sugar for the h*ll of it, I'd rather eat those kcals.
