mmm. just made and finishing the ultimate sandwich. cals/1075...prot/32.5....carbs/139
peanut butter on one slice of bread, then slices of half a banana on top. jelly on the next peice. close sandwich, put peanut butter on top of that peice of bread, then other half of banana. 3rd peice of bread put jelly. and close. the triple decker. have two cups of whole milk and ur done. so dam good. great for late night snack.

yah try this.
nice fresh calabrese bread... sopressata salami, some hot mortadella, proscuitto, some roasted red peppers, some italian asiago cheese, some pickled marinated egg plant, sun dried tomatoes, some mayo and lots of salt and pepper heated up in micro for about 1 30 to melt the sh*t up abit and blamo..

you like bologna? i'll be honest I can do without it... BUT,
if you do you'd fukin love mortadella, its a really common italian type bologna... its fukin nice and mild and soft and beats the livin hell outta bologna....
JUST ASK FOR IT CUT THINLY! very important .. and when you put it on the bread its gotta be kinda rolled up .. not like a roll but like all messed up with air pockets.. not layered.
and calabrese is a type of bread, sorta like a french loaf but 10x's better dudes... 10x's mang.
