Wow What A Fat F*ck

Went to San Diego yesterday to have my Bodyfat professionally checked. It eas the first time for me. Man am i disappointed. I've worked my ass off for the last 11 months. I know i was over 30% a year ago. But all this hard work and I came out at 18%. I know he was close as he took it in 9 different spots. 9 site or what ever they call it. I guess the hard work is just beginning. Maybe by the time i hit 60 years old this fat will be down where i want it. Gee only 8 more years. **** should I be lucky enough to live that old.
