Women + cutting sticky =
hey boys, just curious....would the cutting sticky work for the ladies as well?
Im training this one chick, shes about 115 - 120, in great shape but shes a beer girl and just wants to tone and loose bout 5 pounds....
would the cutting sticky along with cardio and weights do wonders for her?

She's gonna have to give up the beer though. 5 lbs. ain't sh*t to lose, but it sounds as if the beer is what is keeping her from being precisely how she wishes to be. If she gave that up to one day a week and ate in an intelligent manner (not saying she isn't I'm just throwing that out there) she wouldn't have to do much at all to lose 5 lbs.

Tell her to cut out the beer for 3 months, get on a good diet/workout and she'll see results.

sorry boys, shoulda clarified the whole beer thing...she hardly drinks alcohol at all, maybe couple times a month. when i said beer girl, i ment, that she is a representative for a beer company and in the summer goes and promotes the drink while standing in a G string bikini!!....so yeah....just to clear it up! Thanks for the great feed back too!

Weight training does wonder.. women always thinkin cardio is the way to go.. but reall over doing cardio does nothing but ruin your body.
Focus on weight training and 30 minutes of hight intensity cardio and you will see results

Cardio empty stomach first thing in the morning..
I eat alot of protein..
Hard to follow my exact diet because most people who i tell my diet to say its insane, i can eat alot and i don't seem to gain weight, but i'm pretty lean.. hard to tell from a few pics
