    I get torn apart!

    I have a problem.
When ever i lift the friction against my hands drys my skin out and just tears it apart. By the end of my workouts my hands are usually very sore that it effects the weight i can lift and my fingers are usually bleeding.
I use lifting gloves from "Schiek" but as they dont cover all my fingers am still buggered.
I do have dermatitis, which is like Eczema, but i have loads of creams that i use.
    Any suggestions?
    Thanx everyone.
