Just wanted to let you bros know!

this week i upped my cardio to 45 minutes by recommendation of the mods and other bros here on AR.

i feel fantastic this week. i have leaned down this week faster then any other week prior to this (i have been dieting and doing am cardio for about 3-4 weeks now).

looking in the mirror my confidence is coming back and im feeling great.

at this rate by the time i go to europe i should have a flat stomach and MAYBE even a little ab poking through...if this happens i dont care if its -20 outside im wearing a tanktop!!! hahaa, or walking aroun with no shirt at all haha

    thanks bros

    ill keep ya'll updated

    Good to hear bro!
What cardio equipment do you use? The "Stairmaster" is a killer... can only stay on that for about 25 mins, then am dead!

Are you the dude who's going to Germany? In less than 2 weeks I'll be in that area, Prague to be exact. I can't wait.

not sure if the US ones are the same as the UK, but what level do u have it at? I can just about manage 30mins on level 9/10 out of 20, but i have more sweat coming off me than water off Niagra falls. I am fairly fit too... you must be bionic!

I can't last more than five minutes on that thing at level one. It's a lot easier for me to put my heart rate monitor on and do the inclined tread mill. I'm up 5% incline at 3.7 MPH. Right there at 65-70% of the THR.

You should notice a marked increase in your strenght too since your muscles will be using their oxygen supply much more efficiently. I get huge strenght gains when I increase my cardio.
