I can't last more than five minutes on that thing at level one. It's a lot easier for me to put my heart rate monitor on and do the inclined tread mill. I'm up 5% incline at 3.7 MPH. Right there at 65-70% of the THR.

that does seem to hard...i wonder if im doing my cardio TO intense? i feel like im going to die by the end but i always thought that that was good...mmm
any advice from the experienced bros? i do about level 7 on the stepper for 45 minutes, i pyramid up from level 5-7 then stop at level 7.

You should notice a marked increase in your strenght too since your muscles will be using their oxygen supply much more efficiently. I get huge strenght gains when I increase my cardio.
