question for all of you
my boyfriend is in the army nationl guard. he is just in training right now. he asked me to find out how many college credits he gets. before he left he was told up to 14 and then when he got there they told him none. does anyone have any idea how many college credits he would get? anything would be helpful..... Uhh...I don't think he'll be getting 13 credits. You didn't specify what kind of training he is in, so it's hard to say. Besides, it's up to his college to decide what they want to grant him credit for. For example, they might give him 1 elective CR for marksmanship and then another for phys ed for his basic training. It won't be much, I can assure you that. I remember my Drills saying that you're practically halfway to an associates just by being in the army. Not true. I think I got like 3 or 4 credits for all my military crap.

Every school evaluates differently but the credits they do grant you are usually lower level..... Phys Ed, Computer skills, etc. The longer you stay in the service the more you earn. Each promotion level gives one or two more credits.
He won't know until he applies to a specific school....but boot camp and infantry training won't be much. If he has a specific skill (i.e. computers, etc)....he may get a few more.

Women over 30 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you, if they think they can get away with it.
For all those men who say, "Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free". Here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage, why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire Pig, just to get a little sausage.
