Does not being sore mean you all better??
I am all natural and was just wondering if not being sore a day or two after my last workout if it is ok to workout that same muscle group again... basicaly trying to ask if not being sore any more means you are all healed: thanks: realy need to know

not being sore is not the rule of thumb for saying you can workout the muscle again... it all depends on you personally, your diet, and your rest... Muscle can be growing and reparing even though you don't feel sore...
