Im In Big Trouble Today!!
Today starts the error of Heavy's SWOLE-LEG journey!!
Yes, i am beginning Swoles leg routine and am actually pretty nervous to see if my week-azz knees and chicken leg ankles can handle it!! hahahaha
Wish me luck everyone, for I will be entering a period of my life I havnt seen since my old college years.... God Bless!

Did legs today myself. I follow a very similar routine to the one you are about to Venture upon.
My legs are still trembling.....but feels great.
Are you currently on cycle Heavy?

ahh seems like a gay workout, too many reps and sets, only way to train legs is heavy, lactic acid doesnt do anything for you except make you sore for 3x longer than you need to be.

Exercise Sets Reps *
Squats 3 4 to 6
45 ° Leg Press 2 4 to 6
Stiff Leg Dead Lift 2 6
Standing Calf Raise 3 6 to 8
Seated Calf Raise 2 6 to 8
has ne1 tried this b4 its a MAX-OT leg workout ???
In a nut shell, but nowhere near complete, you can summarize Max-OT like this:
1. Each workout should last approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
2. Train only 1 or 2 muscle groups per workout/day.
3. Do 6 to 9 total heavy sets per muscle group.
4. Do 4 to 6 reps per set.
5. Rest 2 to 3 minutes between sets. (STR)
6. Train each muscle group once every 5 to 7 days. (ITR)
7. Take a 1 week break from training every 8 to 10 weeks.
I alternate between this and formulate my other workouts from threads like "todays obvious training" reminder "Sc's leg workout" etc.....
