    I'd have to say if I saw swole walking towards me I would have to start running the other direction..
    But on that note thank you swole..I have only been a part of this forum for a short time and I have read a lot of your posts and it has helped me sooo much.

    JUSTSTARTINGNY- i know your pain brother.. swole has quite a few variations of leg protocols.. trust me they all hurt and they all work.. Got an inch on my quads and calves in 5-6 weeks.

    I was thinking..

    1) I am already "big" by average standards
    2) I said I was not big compared to Flex, others said I was
    3) I am not bloated in the least bit
    4) Lifting weights and fitness is not an obession, it's my CAREER!!! I take it he wouldn't know what it feels like to be so lucky.

    Shit, I love this "obsession".

    It's funny how this hating gets worse as the years go on. I used to think it was bad 3-4 years ago, but man, it's at an all time high. Not that I care, but do people really have NOTHING better to do and lead such SORRY lives?

    I guess so, as was the case here.

    if you do chest/shoulders on day 3 dont you find that the back/deads/traps workout the next day is hindered at all?as if you were to swap day 5's rest day with back/deads/traps? or would it hinder the chest/shoulders workout MORE, if you were to do back/deads/traps on day 5?

    but again, I know this is not how your training right now, as you mentioned earlier. I was just wondering what your thoughts were on that for someone who is ALREADY 280....(with 2 quarter lb plates in each arm yes)

    It starts over again, although you can take an extra rest day if you feel you need it, or have errands/family things to do/girls to bang/etc.

    i guess someone off cycle would benefit more to the extra day rest as to someone on cycle.

    i feel so tired lately, i have no motivation to get to the gym

    yah me too, I was 6 foot 120 .....

    i worked out with concrete/plastic wrapped weights in the basement for years cause I was too embarrassed to go to the gym, 13 years later im 63 230 and I STILL FEEL LIKE THAT SKINNY KID.


    either way, I know what ur sayin swole, not only is it physically rough, the mental toll is wayyyy worse.

    How's it coming along anyway man?
