I hate that guy too. That's why I just change at home. It's nearly a hundred degrees out, in the shade. It's a dry heat though. So, even if I showed and changed there, I'd still get all hot and sweaty again before I got home.

Can relate to that,seldom in a hardcore facility, but I've seen the majority of these people at "FitnessCenters" You know, where people spend alot of time in the sauna and in the lockerroom. You know the No yelling, No chalk, Lame music, No "scary physiques" allowed places.

I caught one old fart taking a piss while sitting rite there on the bench in the steam room, it stunk like hell, i got rite up, walked over to him and started to piss on him, the funny part was the old ****a took a swing at me, LMFAO, i had to hold him in a bear hug, and i told him you shit on me ya dead. Needless to say the owner came in and freaked out the Ole timer got banned, i had my membership suspended, and of course i told him after that where he could go.!

At my old gym there was some old guy that would sit in the hot tub all day watching guys get in and out of the showers (the shower was a big open room). In the gym I go to now there is some dude that comes in and hangs out in the locker room. I used to at least see him do a set of dips or something but, now he doesn't even try to look like he's not there just to check out packages! He'll get undressed and walk around aimlessley, sometimes checking himself out in the mirror, clipping his toenails, or combing his mullet. Then he gets in the shower and makes groaning noises and saying, "OH YEA!" in a breathy grunting voice. Fu*king wierd.

theres an old guy in my gym, he only comes in to use the sauna. he always has the same yellow shorts on. well he gets changed in the locker room, then with nothing but the shorts walks out of the bathroom, with his huge pot belly that goes past his nuts, and pasty white skin, screwed up grey hair.
walks to the center of the gym to grab a newspaper, youd think hed do this before changing. then walks back to the sauna and sits in there.

one time i walked in the sauna and he was in there and this guy, usually has the newspaper on the floor, his head between his legs and arms around his neck, ringing the sweat from it, its the sickest thing you can imagine he just sits there and stinks and sweats, and he has the worst case of toe fungus you'll ever see, his feet are hideious, long unkept, uneven toenails that are black, oh god, when i first saw that, i had to leave it was horrible.
