NA meets up with Diesel for some training

well, this past evening i had the priviledge to meet diesel, one of our beloved AR brothers and let me first say he is defineately bigger in person then in the photos and he is one of the coolest bros i have had the pleasure of meeting lol!

the meet almost didn't happen as diesel could not find the gym i workout at but none the less that was completed and we went to work.

Today was back day and so we hit seated rows, tbar rows, hyperextensions, deads and lat pulldowns...*if i left anything out its cause im exhausted*

Diesel is a very intelligent, down to earth bro, very knowledgeable.

Tommarow we shall be meeting up for arms day using his routine should be interesting.....

I think it's SO neat when folks off the board get to actually meet! I've chatted with both of you guys and ya'll both seem really sweet! I can't wait to meet others off of AR myself!! Good luck on tomorrows workout!

I was trying to set that up like when the little 2nd grader walks up to the big 5th graders and asks to play with them. I dont think I have to say who the 2nd grader is and who the 5th graders are.
