So my girl basically forced me to buy it, she is sick of smelling my farts and I'm getting tired of the smell tainting my car interior. So I picked some of this stuff up and it seems to be working aright. The stuff is supposed to be a digestive enzyme, so maybe it will break my protien down more and help my body better utilize it. Maybe Beano will make me stronger by doing this huh???

I'm not sure if Beano will work. Beano helps the digestion of sugars in some foods. It breaks down sugars to help digestion therefore preventing gas.
I may be wrong...but I thought protein farts are caused from your body's inability to digest all the protein ingested.
That's what I thought too. If I get protein gas, I just cut back on the grams. Stayinstacked, I believe ginger root is also recommended. :cool:Quote:
