I train those parts together. The other day when I finished I couldnt raise my arms. Shoulders too burnt.
I have been feeling a little lazy to recently. Must be time of the year. Hope the workout goes gr8! :thumbsup: You btter be aching when ya get back!
workout went very very well.. felt really good and big while doing it. aching should come tommarow
