How can I put a word document as a background?

I do not believe you can. you would have to do a screen capture of the DOC and then save it as one of the following extensions.
Code:.gif .bmp .jpg .png

And how do I make a screen capture of the doc?

just click print screen , open paint , click ctrl+V there will paste on the paint then save as JPg thats it
