    Exclamation Pics of my boy

    Just swept a competition. It was his first on in a while since he had his knees rebuilt. He hadn't trained his legs for two years!

    Was the quebec competition.. He weighed 175 contest time.. lol we worked out last night and hes back up to 205

    After the lay off, how long did he take to get ready for this comp? His Muscle Memory is nothing short of a mirical.

    Great job

    hope he doesn't have any problems with his knees in the future again. I've had few rlelatives with knee injures, surgery, etc... and is very hard to recover. It's just not the same after a knee injury or surgery. Good luck mate
