Hey Just wanted to do an intro. I am a new member here at AR. I am a 38 year old cancer survivour. I returned back to training last year. I was back down to 198 LB. today I am back to 290LB. This site is the best I think. with a wealth of info. I wish it was around when I started out. (PENCIL NECK).

290lb?! wow. Lets see some pics bro. Welcome to AR anyway! Am glad you battled through the cancer bro. Nice too see you here.

I will post some pics soon. not to good on a computer. And yes 92LB in just over 1 year. right now (100mg fina ed). (50mg prop ed).(400mg eq week).
Life is to short to be small.HA HA. I will post pics a.s.a.p.
