Does the heart have some self-healing properties like the liver?
Does the heart have self helaing properites like the liver?
Like if you follow a healthy lifestyle after some abuse will it "heal"?
I know it doesn't work as fast as the livver but does it heal itself over time at all?
Same question fot the kidneys?

You can function fine with only 15% of your liver remaining. It's the only organ in the body that can regenerate itself.

The heart can't heal itself, but its good at rerouting blood should the arteries become blocked.

it can heal itself but not rebuild new tissue. Only the liver can do that
