Doing squats tonight, and felt a deep pain/burning feeling down the side of my thigh. I cut my workout short because I can't afford an injury...I've never felt this before, what is it? Just a strain I hope. It doesn't hurt, except when i was squating down with weight
Probably just a strain bro....see how it feels in a couple days and if it still bothers you then go see a doctor. Keep me posted.... :cool:
Okay, it was with light weight, 315, and I was doing warmup sets. I feel an intense burning about half an inch wide, and about 6 inches long, down the side of my outer thigh. Doesn't hurt until I am doing an exercise. I can't afford to pull a muscle right now, so I took leg day off today...
Did you inject anything there lately?
