    Where to get free wordperfect or coral from?

    Does anyone know where I can download a copy of wordperfect or some other type of wordproccesing software for free then burn it to a cd for my friend?
    How bout Winmx? Or another peer to peer?

    I'm sure someone knows where I can get a free copy though. Doesn't have to be wordperfect...any wordpro will do!

    if you dont want to go through that hassle of setting up a anonymous account and stuff....just got to www.download.com and type wordperfect in the search

    eBay -- you can get complete, legal, and new copies of the Lotus suite of products for $20 or so. Comes with word processor, spreadsheet (beats the pants off of Excel IMHO), and a few other programs. It's a few years old, but still works great.

    It's for a guy thats running windows 98. I have a copy of office xp but I can't put that on his system so he asked me to try and find him a copy of wordperfect.
