    pissed

    i could not get onto AR for the past two day's i have been pissed. So i wen't to a uk forum what a bunch of ****ing tool's i'am not going to say witch board. But there advice is horrible coming from mod's and ****ing senior member's. I was having a one on one with the a mod about eq he think's you can run it for 6 week's and still have good result's. Another mod is doing a 6 month cycle of d/boll only 4week's on 4 week's off . Thay are trying to tell me sust only need's to be shot twice a week. Another senoir memeber is telling a newbie to do a 8 week course of d/boll and deca


    all i can say is i'am glad i can get back on AR

    i just feel sorry for all the newbie's getting shit advice from that other site

    Ive seen the same thing on other boards. They dont have anything to back up their cycles. Its always "well I have a buddy that snorted kitty litter and gained 30lbs, did no pct and kept all his gains"

    I went to one of those sites and just blasted one of their mods on his Clen ideas. JUst totally tooled him...made him look like a dick. And then in the next few days we (AR) had a flood of their members join here and PM me for advice.

    I think (not sure) that Ripped Glutes (*female member here) is one of the ones we got from them....

    Alot of boards have their own Emperor's on them...and nothing is better than pointing out that they have no clothes.

    thay do pct bro but every pct has hcg and clomid in that's it

    no matter how long 6 week cycle you need hcg

    i'am just glad i found AR before i found that site because i would be doing 4 week cycle's of test c and running hcg for my pct
