hey bros
ive been trying to lose fat this summer...its going good so far...but it seems that im leaning down in my back and arms a lot... and legs are more defined...but my stomach doesnt seem to really be taking to it...just getting kinda discouraged a bit and a little tired ya know?
i do my cardio 45 minutes morning at 65% MHR and all that...diet is fine...
any extra tips or anything you guys found would be great
ive posted my diet and pics in the forums...ive made improvements....and its going well but i just wish it was faster sometimes
