    A thanx to everyone on this site, the Mods, vets and anyone else who contributes to the plethora of information. I light of Sexy kitty's post, I bet there are a lot of memebers on this site who wish they could redo their workouts and diets over the years. But there is a bright side to your mistakes! They help us up and comers to realize how important diet is and how easy it is to overtrain. Since I have found this site my workouts have become easier because I know exactly what to and what not to do!

    This site is the best for accurate/informative information on a wide array of topics.

    Most thorough (and true/legit) one that I've seen.

    We've got educated leaders in all areas that exist on this board, and usually quite a few in each.

    I wish I knew all this stuff from the first time I picked up a barbell in high school. I coulda been a monster like SwoleCat already.
