But the 3 becomes an E.
I need to get my LS6 heads sent out to get a five angle valve job, CNC ported, and then extrude honed. I think polishing on a daily driver is a waste of time.
I'm leary of the laughing gas. :/ I've had a friend use it with nothing but sucsess, an other got gready and went from 100 shot to 150 with out up grading the fuel system and popped #5 and #7 . Then another says he neve got a clean shot because his fuel solenoids kept failing on him. Says the gas around here sucks. Sent them out to get rebuilt or replaced twice on two different vehicles.
I believe, I'll just wait until I can afford to get a Lingefilter twin turbo set up. Only two more years of school loans. Yippeee!

I hear ya. I agree with the port n polish not being right for a daily driver. I only drive this around town on really nice days.. hahah the beauty thing is I dont really care about the current engine... so we're going to run the biggest shot possible

LOL, just make sure you put in an aftermarket fuel regulator to handle the aftermarket pump. Oh yeah, close the gap by .010". It's harder for your the coils to light under higher cylinder pressures. If stock is .050" go down to .040" or it'll be more likely to blow the flame kernal out. Good luck.

Awesome. Yeah, in my town we run about half our fleet of buses on Natural Gas. Compression is about 19:1 and we run boost too. On the six cylinders we run only 12 lbs or boost. On the 10L four cylinders, we run 30lbs of boost.
    Spark plug gap:.018"
No bull shit. Once they wear out, they start missing, popping and banging.
Do you know of an altitude correction factor site? I used to have one, but my computer broke and I lost it from my favorites.
Recently I ran a 12.7 at a Density Altitude of 7200 feet. I was hoping that might be close to an 11.7 at sea level on a perfect day.

Hmm I will check for the site as I know I have been to one. I'll get back to you! You run buses on natural gas eh? Sweet. I know to diagnos and tune in my fuel system they used propane? Hit the Pace Car!
    Hit the Pace Car?
You hit every thing else. I want you to be perfect!
Yeah I seen Days of Thunder.
I know about propane enrichment to finde vaccum leaks. At work we run compressed natural gas and liquified natural gas. Compressed full fuel cells are 3200-3600psig and liquified is 150psig. But when the fuel gets hot in liquified, you can't tell what the volume is by the gauge. A hot tank will often read 250psig.
