I do stuff with the NHL (Corprately)- and they need creative by end of day today - i sent through two different requests over a month ago for two different pieces and neither is done.

I have had to talk to the president of the ad agency because the 2 people who work on my account don't seem to have working phones or be able to answer my emails. (I really did ask the president if their phones were broken)
