    Garbage bro, pure garbage!

It read me as being 16% and this was 1 week before my final week preparation (my 7 days approach) for a show I ended up winning!!!

I laughed at the salesperson, showed her my abs, and said, "looks like you guys have a lotta work to do in the lab eh?"

The one I have at my gym works well its never too off.

The key to it reading right is to test in the morning on a empty stomach as eating or drinking anything close to testing can cause it to be off.

I think its a decent BF tester as the three point caliper are never too accurate for me.

The omrons when used right are usually within 1-2 %

Then the one I used must have been a fake, because this was a piece of sh*t.

It was giving erroneous readings to a lot of people.

I thought it said Omron, which it did, but maybe it said Moron.

all body fat reading devices like that are PURE GARBAGE like swolecat said. if you want an accurate body fat estimate get a 5-7 point caliper test, 5 point hooked up to a computer that reads BMI, or go to a local university and get a hydrostatic body fat test done.

They say on the istructions that it won't work well in people with atypical body types, especially very muscular people. That is probably the problem for a lot of the posters here. They are designed for "normal" pysiques. (Whatever that is)
