    Cool fvcking CHEAT DAY!!!!!

    well i havent had one in almost a month..only "clean cheats"
    i thot id have a small meal 2day...but i ended up having

    3lbs of BBQ meat...
    2 (850 ml) tubs of choc/vanilla ice cream
    -a whole bag of resees's
    -2lbs of cocktail sausage....
    -2 liters of fruit juice..
    -4 big kit kats
    -3 pieces of an ice cream cake....
    -a piece of cake
    -thinking of going and getting some beers...but i have legs 2morrow....BUT i havent had a drink in 1.5-2 months now... tough desicion..wut do u guys think? have the beer and postpone leg day??

    well all cept the 3lbs of BBQ were post workout...in one meal from 8:00-11-42 now....

    the reason i wanna postpone cuz i feel like shit when i drink..mind you whenever i drink..actually whenever i do smth "BAD" I make sure i DO IT RITE....

    this is my philosophy...
    if ur gonna cheat are u just gonna kiss her?? or have sex with her 10 times a day!!!

    if ur gonna drink..are u gonna have 2-3 beers...? or have 8-12 beers...(which is why i feel crappy...)

    or i might postpone the drinking till next week..since im kinda full rite now...just wait till i digest then go bang this slut...tough desicion...

    Some people (me) arent supposed to drink , do drugs etc....I like them too much...Once i start i cant control myself....

    Before I went on cycle I drank approx 2-3 30packs of coors light and never really kept track of the crown, ammerretto, etc

    And Say no to Drugs (except when no one is looking)

    And I've never smoked

    Bahahahahaha...when no1 is looking almost fell off my chair....

    I quit smoking 3 months ago...I quit b4 this time 3 months....this is the time where my cravings get really bad.....I fantasize bout a cig more than the girl im doing....

    if some1 had a cig once a month is that bad??

    that was a cheat "meal" from 8-11:42 pm ....
    I had my normal meals till pre-workout.....

    Ill post my "day" next month......

    Damn..i had another small sausage...(NO Matrixgay its not a way of saying smth sexual bout dicks..u homogay u )..I almost threw up...had to spit it out...oh well not bad for all that food in only 3.5 hours....
