yes every now and again (not on oral's) i see no problem with it as long as you don't drink to much
I just dont understand why anybody would IMO, but believe me i know lots that do. It depends on the gear and your self-control. i know whenever i say i'm just gonna have 1 or 2 drinks tonite for whatever reason, and i see everybody else shitfaced and wildin out i just keep tossin um back right next to them.Quote:

i usually have about 4 drinks when i drink.. but, when that occasion comes around and i get drunk, i'll drink about 15 easy.. if you have self controll to limit yourself, you shouldn't be worried, but if when you drink, you drink to get drunk that's different.. also you can avoid a lot of damage if you just drink a glass of water btw drinks.
what about dehydration.. that can impact you very negativly while on a cycle.. also, all those empty calories from beer and mixed drinks are not good at all.Quote:

Well common sense says not to. Besides that is alcohol that important? To train as hard as we do, eat like we do and to stil throw a wrench in the works makes no sense to me, but at the same time I can't see a BIG problem with a few drinks on occasion, just up the water and don't get carried away.
Maybe once during cycle but why waste your money time on losing gains? Drink water or just cranberry juice...tell them its alcohol.

My body truly suffers for DAYS on end after drinking. I hate how I feel.
