What body part do you hate to train (Mine Legs)
I hate doing bloody legs, did them yesterday now I can hardly walk. Only do them once every two weeks and then only go heavy once per month. That was yesterday now I walk like I have s..t myself.

Back. I can't see a pump and I HATE all the exercises, except the deadlift! Its the only thing that makes me train my back!

gotta be legs for me... because training legs hits your central nervous system, it makes me feel hazey and i often puke! always need a long soak in the bath to get my head straight again.. but saying that you just cant miss training legs!

calves and abs. Most boring muther****ing muscles to work. Yeah forearms to.
When motivated all other muscle groups are fun especialy legs. But when Im not motivated I realy hate legs.

Shoulders (because I blew out both my rotator cuffs when I was 17 so they kill) and abs... I hate abs...

Abs, not that I hate them but lately I havent been able to find the time or energy. Had abs since I was 16, first summer without them, but I do have extra 15lbs of muscle so I think a fair trade off. Growing up training evryone was always like your ripped but not big, now Im big but not ripped, ohwell dont train to impredss them anyway......well maybe a little!

SHoulders suck for me. They always hurt as I have injured one in the past so it's a pain in the ass to walk into the gym knowing im doing shoulders that day...

I don't like training biceps. I know how important they are for the package so I do them but nothing impressive about the weight I'm moving.

I enjoy training all bodyparts just the same, because they are each responsible for their piece of what is the final product.

Quality and strictness of the movement matter more than weight. All that is needed is a gradual increase in weight, a pound or two.
I like cable curls, nice and strict. They have given me better size and shape than I ever got from swinging a curl bar.

Legs. Its just such a massive strain on my body. Everytime, without fail, my ears pop and then start ringing and I can't hear anything. Also, I start to breathe really hard and get nausea. Oh, I'm talking about squatting, btw.
No other exercise, not even deadlifts, does anything remotely like what I described above.

my biceps,i get awsome pumps in every other bodypart i train but my biceps,ive trained light, heavy, everyway you can think of,sometimes i get a pump but mostly i dont,i do train very strictly!

not legs in whole, but particularly hamstring, i hate EVERY single kind of leg curl i just hate training them, i'd rather attack my quads for an hour then to do 3 sets of leg curls, but i suck it up and i do the whole 9 everytime

Abs is for me, I feel like should but then i always hear they wont come out unless you lose the fat covering them which is what i have done, but i feel like if i would be working them out they would be more toned

Hmmmm... lemme see...
I'd say abs and calves. I stopped training my calves. They just seem to get bigger when you increase weight. Otherwise mine just get more "cut" if I could say. They don't have any mass to them and I have really high insertions.
Legs for me if kind of a love/hate relationship. I hate training it, I hate the days following the training but I love seeing my legs getting bigger.
