First time ECA stack your best results?
I’ve always been a “high strung” type of person, really fast and hard working at what ever I do, super motivated. It has really helped me a lot though life. The first time I really went on a diet was just for the hell of it at 21. I used an ECA stack and it really helped, made me even more motivated and I gained an impressive 6 pack in the process, it was the one point in my life I could look in the mirror and be completely satisfied. I remember a time when having sex I was checking myself out more than I was checking her out!
I’m 24 now, I’m not as in good of shape, I was down to 7% bf @21 following a diet and with ECA. I’ve followed the same exact diet, used the same dosage of ECA but I just do not seem as motivated. It just seems it does not have that same “oomph” that it had the first time I used it. I’ve only done about 4 cycles of it, none of them were nearly as effective as the first. I guess it just does not make me as motivated as it did the first time.
Also, does anyone happen to know the effects of ECA on your brain, depression or the serotonin levels your brain is able to produce or use with it? I don’t want it to make me depressed or anything!
