    First time ECA stack your best results?

    I’ve always been a “high strung” type of person, really fast and hard working at what ever I do, super motivated. It has really helped me a lot though life. The first time I really went on a diet was just for the hell of it at 21. I used an ECA stack and it really helped, made me even more motivated and I gained an impressive 6 pack in the process, it was the one point in my life I could look in the mirror and be completely satisfied. I remember a time when having sex I was checking myself out more than I was checking her out!

    I’m 24 now, I’m not as in good of shape, I was down to 7% bf @21 following a diet and with ECA. I’ve followed the same exact diet, used the same dosage of ECA but I just do not seem as motivated. It just seems it does not have that same “oomph” that it had the first time I used it. I’ve only done about 4 cycles of it, none of them were nearly as effective as the first. I guess it just does not make me as motivated as it did the first time.

    Also, does anyone happen to know the effects of ECA on your brain, depression or the serotonin levels your brain is able to produce or use with it? I don’t want it to make me depressed or anything!

    I think ketotifen would work with u...since Eca targets beta 2 receptors like clen ....not sure tho......

    It will never be like it was, if you ever did rec drugs you'll know what I'm talking about, the feeling you had with the first ex/line was never repeated no matter of the dosages

    What is your current dose? and how many times per day do you take it.

    I am on my 5th course in 3 years. and i have to use it in a defferant manner now and 3 times per day instead of two. my first time i just used it and went about by business, the weight fell of. Now i have to time it before cadio or training.
    Weight is still coming of though and i am now in my 40s and it gets harder as you get older. work it with your training and diet you will get there.
