No I wasn't bored (the correct way to spell it as bigjsheets pointed out). Just curious as to the average size of most peoples arms are. Mine are 17" and I for some reason I think they are small. I just wanted to see how mine measured up to the average size. People say they look big but I just don't see it. I've always had small arms and it fu*ks with my head to this day.

I honestly believe that when one builds up the delts, the biceps will look smaller. 17"+ below 200lbs. and 18" above 200lbs. is a good rule of thumb, obviously with a sub 10% BF.

I agree that large delts will make the biceps look smaller. A very thick chest will do the same.
