Interesting stuff Johan. Do you think we will eventually teraform mars and live there? Place a few factories there to produce green house gasses, aquire an atmosphere and go from there.
If we dont **** ourself up before Im sure we will. To bad we will all be long gone before such a project even begins :(
I think the most interesting thing would be to plant geneticly manipulated algae or other plant life there that can survive in the marsian enviorment and produce oxygen.
Or maby just shitloads of oxygen producing bacteria. Let them spread and just kick back and relax :)
I read a interesting thing about using nuclear weapons to heat the planet enough for the water to melt and create atmosphere but then it would take alot of time before radiation disaperes.
