    10 lbs down, and 1.5 inch off of arms?!!

    I started my cutting phase with 50 mg/day winny and 120 mcg/day Clen , after a heavy Test E/Deca Cycle for 14 weeks
    i already lost about 10 lbs of fat, ABS are visible now but i lost 1.5 inch of my arms while other muscles don't seem like it lost that much.
    i actually noticed that most lost fat came off of my abdominal area (waist down to 28 inch from 31 inch).
    do you guys think that's a normal loss ?
    P.S. i'm at the 3rd week of my cutting phase.

    thanx bro. i'll be posting the BEFORE and AFTER pics. next week, cause i'm working on my tan now. the damn sun is not hot enough and i hate tanning saloons.

    Perhaps you store most of your water in your arms and ab area?
    I tend to hold water in my upper quads, glutes and low ab area.
    Your arms should look prettty tight though, they might even look bigger than they were.

    they look big true but i hate how my t-shirts feel now , they easily fit, before i gotta struggle puttin'em on or takin'em off.
    and all of my pants are saggy as shit, i look LEGLESS (new expression).

    Put them in the dryer for awhile take care of that!!

    Some of the size in your arms was probably fat / water. Either way good job and definitely post some pics of your progress.

    I guarantee you look way bigger.
    That's what sucks about cutting. Yeah, you're losing weight, but water and fat weight, not muscle.
    I think it is the in between stage that sucks. I like to be heeeyuge or shredded. The middle place, fvcks w my head.

    I dont even try to cut anymore, like to stay big, if I get some fat I cut calories to drop some, but when cutting down cycle I lose too much strength , kills me!!

    Good job Smoke.Hope you hit your goal. I know it's a bad feeling when a shirt that use to fit you good starts swallowing you up.
