    Just plain ignorance

    Can you believe I actually had I guy at work come up and ask me why I even work out since I was taking steroids . Can you believe that? I just shook my head. I can't believe how ignorant people are about steroids. They think that you just take them and you will grow. They don't know you have to bust your ass to get the results. Unbelievable!

    Im still natty(planning on staying like that)....but i can relate to that..especially the shit i hear bout diet and trainig.....be happy those people are ignorant!!!..can u imagine a nation of AR!!!! where every1 is 200lb 7% bf!!!!!!!
    I like the way i look next to the 200lbs 99% bf dude or the 120lb 4% bf dude.....not the 200lbs 7% bf hehe......lets keep it that way......

    i've on a winny only cycle right now and haven't touched a weight the whole time. so far i've lost 12 lbs of fat while gainng 8 lbs of muscle.

    btw can you drink winny?

    yes u can but the half life time is shorter, about 9 hrs, if u inject it, it goes up to a whole day
