Never trust machines
why is it when i'm on a cardio machine with sensors that measure your heart rate and i'm working reasonably hard at 120bpm then suddenly for no reason it shoots all the way down to 110 - so i increase the level, up the intensity and it goes down to 105
can you trust these machines at all?
also my electronic body fat tester said i was 13.8% - i have dieted for 3 weeks with tren /prop and eph, low carbs
and now my bodyfat has apparantly gone up to 14.4% even though my waist size has reduced, i have lost 2.5Kg and look more vascular
what is it with these machines
i hate them

i agree, those machines are pre-programmed to give u certain reading according to the weight and other stats u punch in.
in a combination with the speed it makes a calculation and gives u a number that sometimes irrelevant to ur real measures.Last edited by smokethedays; 08-03-2005 at 12:36 PM.
