Just lost $300 in online blackjack

Started with $300 and $1 bids... I kept doubling my bid every time I lost... one hand I was up to a $64 bet and hit 21... bounced back for awhile.... but still ended up losing. I am thinking online casinos are rigged.

I'll never play on-line, there are too many ways they can cheat the shit out of you.

Travel to Vegas, make a vacation out of it, do other things too, see a show, etc.

Let me tell you something about online gambling and gambling in general. I use to be addicted to it for about five years from 20-25 and I look back on it now and realize how stupid of a thing it was and I regret every minute of it. I am clean now and couldn't be happier. It really ruined my life. I started out in the real casinos and then progressed to online casinos because I couldn't stand the scummy, filthy, irritating people that went to these casinos. So anyways, I found out that intercasino.com was like the #1 casino online so I started playing it. Blackjack is the only game I play and I must have logged thousands upon thousands of hours playing it wasting my time. What sucks about playing online is that you never get to see or hold the money you're playing with so whenever you take it out sometimes it takes a whole week for it to clear your bank. It gets really easy to get out of hand when playing online. On a few occasions I hit it big and won about 2500 a few times. If you play the right online casino, it's as legitimate and sometimes even better than a real casino. They actually do pay you fast and efficient. But the losses I occured gambilng online were far more greater than my winnings. I've lost thousands and thousands of dollars gambling online. It got to the point where I was using my mom and dads credit card to play online telling them lie after lie. I also overdrew my bank account numerous times because when I loss I would keep withdrawing money to the point where I didn't have any left and also with of the high fees of neteller, firepay etc.. My gambling problem was so bad to the point where I was getting paid every other Friday from my job and I would take my deposited check that was immediately in my account and right when I got home I would get online and gamble. I would get a 800 check every two weeks and it would be gone in a matter of hours. I no longer gamble which I am proud to say and couldn't be happier. I'm not trying to preach on, but don't get sucked into online gambling because it can be a very addicting, life ruining habit.

I honestly cannot see the attraction to online gambling...

I do enjoy gambling a little... occasional poker game for niclkes, dimes and quarters with the guys... or the annual trip to the casino with friends where I'll spend $40-50 max on the cheapie machines and blackjack tables... but it's the actual "going out and having fun" part of it I enjoy, not the game and certainly not the chance to win money... gambling is an expenditure... just like buying a concert ticket or a good meal...

I fail to understand how anyone can see it as more than entertainment... but then again I'm the guy who won't even buy a lottery ticket as I see it as a waste of money...

Now getting addicted to Ben'n'Jerry's ice cream during a hot summer I can understand... and the consequences I definetly can relate to!

Damm those empty calories!

i have never put real cash into my online playing but i have accumulated several hundred dollars by earning points. on the website i use u can play for free and convert ur points into cash! its a long prosess but when u keep doubling up ur bankroll u can invest it into bigger tourneys.u also have to be a good player.
