A lot of peoples elbow pains comes from the wearing of the sheath around ur ulnar nerve as it passes right between the bones in ur elbow. I would guess it hurts a lot when you work triceps? Try keeping ur elbows/arm perfectly straight throughout each movement, I would even suggest using an arm blaster for triceps, as ur elbow moves around the sheath wears down and it can be very painful and if you damage the nerve enough that is how you develop those claw-like hands that some people get. Im definitely not saying this will happen to you, but just keep ur arms strict and straight. See if it helps and let me know...Good luck!

I have bad elbows as well. Wide grip pull ups kill me. I also notice that if I do a lot of barbell work with the chest, I also have problems. I try and use dumbells a bit more to eliminate any stress. I also do not do wide grip pull ups anymore, despite the fact that after deads, pull ups are about the best back exercise out there.

I've had some serious tendonitis in my elbows for awhile..

I've been taking 300mg of deca every 10 days to keep my joints nice and loobed up and it seems to be working great..

its not a high enough doseage to give "Deca Dick" either..

Just enough to permit me to lift heavier again

You need to seek physio therapy, active release cures it!.. There is always an answer to a problem

Deca at 200mg WK also worked wonders for my wrecked shoulder joint a few years ago... tried glucosamie and all sorts of other off the shelf products... but nothing greases up the old joints like deca.

I screwed up my left elbow doing straight bar curls. My chiro said it was the tendons just like tennis elbow. He did active release on it and said not to train for awhile. Of course I didn't listen and went to the gym last night wearing one of those straps that goes around your forearm. It really helped, I had no pain at all doing chest and tri's but bi's and shoulders are going to be a problem. I hope this doesn't become a nagging problem. I should have been on deca anyway for my forearms and wrists so from now one I will be.
