Depends on the mood... Sometimes rap & old school, sometimes hard rock & heavy metal. For me it seems to go in phases where a paticular CD or "type" of music will be played for awhile.

actually I listen to a lot of different types of music when Im lifting but, for me Death Metal gets me pretty

so I think it works best for me in that instance.
Like some others said though DMX is good for me, I like a lot of TECHN9NE and X-RAIDED. It feels good to get all psyched up when listenin to music to but, don't get TOO worked up and make a mistake. Ya still wanna get worked up but, let it out in a concentrated manner IMO.
