    ronnie coleman cost of redemption

    I know alot of you have seen the video, i was wondering how long is it... I downloaded it an it was 1hour 35 minutes long but it stopped a little bit after his leg workout....can anyone fill me in on what i missed after that

    you missed more than half of it. it is extremely repetitive. the only reason it is cool is because of the shear amount of weight that ronnie lifts. the rest of it is pretty boring. he has a ten word vocabulary in the movie and i got sick of him eating the same meal 60 times at Black Eyed Peas. they should try to show more of his personality. oh well, still pretty impressive.

    To answer your question a little over 3 hrs. Disk two has abs/chest/triceps, Back/biceps among other things...

    If you are a "Ronnie Coleman fan" it's a must have.

    cost of redemp is a 2 cd movie i think. it took me like 30hrs to DL it and it was about 1.35gigs.
