I'm not going crazy eating, it's just that I forgot how much I am capable of eating when I really want to.
Once I get rolling w/this, I'll post some examples. It won't be anything absurd, as I'm not trying to become a sumo wrestler.

I basically took out the fat I eat and replaced it with carbs, but upped that macro percentage by 50%. I then added flax oil a few times a day, just to get some heart-healthy fats in there, but my meals are mostly all carb/pro except the last one before bed. I upped the protein by 25 grams per meal, and threw in a whole other meal for a total of 7 for the day.
That should do it!

I make sure to still eat what I need to eat to grow intelligently, and if I lay down a bit of fat on top of that, no sweat. I know how to diet, so that doesn't worry me.
