Brad Pitt - Fight Club

Anyone got any thoughts or ideas of what Pitt may have been on to get his physique like it was in Fight Club? Just curious.

I don't think he was on anything. It's not too hard to look like that. He's not big, just skinny and ripped. a decent cutting diet and some cardio will do that for you.

I know brad pitt personally, we tagged teamed Jen on many occasions.. Anyway, B pizzle was on a PBJ diet but the key was he used whole wheat bread..try it is really works..

Huge is relative. As in he was huge in that movie compared to any of his other movies, not he is huge like Arnold huge. :rolleyes:

The guy is a great actor though, he played a really good part in that movie, as well as his others.

That's my fave movie. I think I've watched it 100 times. The part where he kill the black guys and the cops come, he looks buff and the look on his face is ****ed.

You can look extremely big on tv or in the movies... just put smaller guys around you. How do you think stalone looked so impressive in the contender? He was surrounded by guys topping out at 160lbs...
